Returns of Defective Products
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, as verified by the authorized technician providing the warranty or if the COMPANY itself provides a direct warranty of good operation, the following apply:
- The warranty is provided for a limited period, which is specified in the product’s detailed specifications. After this period or repair, product replacement may be possible with an additional charge upon a new agreement with the customer.
- The returned product must be accompanied by all documents that accompanied the product (e.g., invoice, delivery slip, receipt, etc.) and its full packaging. If a defect is discovered after delivery and the packaging is no longer available or if the product packaging was taken by the delivery service during delivery, the packaging is not required for the return.
- The return of products will be carried out either by the COMPANY’s personnel and transport means or via courier. In the case of returns via courier, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to the COMPANY, while the COMPANY will cover the cost of shipping the replaced or repaired product.
- After the return of the products, a check will be carried out regarding the defect reported by the customer, followed by communication with the customer to inform them about the results of the check.
- If the defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced; otherwise, the transaction will be canceled if repair is not possible within a reasonable time and no suitable product is available for replacement. In the case of transaction cancellation, the refund will be made using the same method used for the original payment to the COMPANY.
- Specifically, in the case of payment by credit card, the COMPANY will notify the issuing bank of the cancellation of the transaction, and the bank will then proceed with all actions as per the agreement with the customer, with no further responsibility on the part of the COMPANY. The COMPANY, after this notification, bears no responsibility for the timing and manner of the reversal, which is governed by the prior contract. In case of payment by cash, if the customer had chosen the “pickup from store” option, the refund will be made in person at any of the COMPANY’s stores. In case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will be made via a reverse bank transfer from the COMPANY’s accounts to the customer.
- In the case that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to proceed unilaterally and without any further notice to full or partial offset of the claim against the customer.
Returns of Products Considered Defective Upon Delivery (DOA)
Returns of products that are considered defective upon delivery (DOA) will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and should include all original documents that accompanied the product (e.g., delivery slip, receipt, etc.) and its full packaging. In such cases, the following applies:
The product will be received and checked to confirm the defect reported by the customer.
Provided that the product has been received and inspected by the COMPANY, it will be replaced with an identical new one or, in case of unavailability, with another new product of equivalent quality and value. If the customer does not wish for a replacement, the money will be refunded.
The refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment was made to the COMPANY.
Specifically, in case of payment by credit card, the COMPANY will notify the issuing bank of the transaction cancellation, and the bank will carry out all actions as per the customer’s agreement with them. After this notification, the COMPANY bears no responsibility for the timing and manner of the reversal, which is regulated by the applicable agreement. In case of payment by cash, if the customer had chosen the “pickup from store” option, the refund will be made at the store where the product was picked up. In case of payment via bank transfer, the refund will be made through a reverse bank transfer to the same customer’s account.
The shipping costs for returning products to the COMPANY and for re-shipping the replaced product to the customer will be borne by the COMPANY.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to proceed unilaterally and without further notice to full or partial offset of the claim against the customer.
Return of Non-Defective Products - Right of Unjustified Withdrawal by the Customer
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the service contract (in the case of services) or from the delivery date (in the case of products), and if there are multiple products in the same order, from the delivery date of the last product or in cases of periodic delivery of goods, from the delivery of the first product. Withdrawal is accepted under the following conditions:
This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge. If the product has already been delivered, the customer must return the product in the exact condition it was received, with all its components, accompanying documents, and packaging in perfect condition. The return is only accepted if the buyer has paid any amount charged by the company for shipping the product to the customer and the return shipping costs.
The withdrawal statement must be made in writing or electronically, and the COMPANY is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it is received.
After the withdrawal statement, the COMPANY is obligated to return the price it received within 14 days from the receipt of the products.
Delivery shipping costs are not refunded if the customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the COMPANY.
The refund to the customer will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. Specifically, in case of payment by credit card: if the payment has been received by the COMPANY from the bank prior to the withdrawal and return of the product, the COMPANY will notify the bank of the cancellation of the transaction, and the bank will take all necessary steps according to the contract with the customer. After this notification, the COMPANY is no longer responsible for the timing or method of the reversal, which is governed by the applicable contract. In case of payment by cash, if the customer chose the "pickup from store" option, the refund will be made at the store where the product was picked up. In case of payment via bank transfer, the refund will also be made via bank transfer to the same customer’s account.
The customer is responsible for compensating the company if they have used the product in a manner other than necessary to verify its nature, features, and operation before declaring withdrawal. The verification of the nature, features, and operation of the goods must be done based on the information provided on the product’s external packaging and the supplementary information provided by the company, and without opening the packaging or putting the product into operation. The company is willing to inform the customer about any questions related to the nature and operation of the products by providing additional informational material electronically or otherwise. In the case of opening the packaging and using the products, their value is automatically reduced as the product is considered used, and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in value. The value reduction from opening the packaging and the subsequent classification of the product as used is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is usually in the range of 20%-30%. The COMPANY has the right to agree with the customer on compensation even through mutual offset.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to proceed unilaterally and without further notice to full or partial offset of the claim against the customer.
Exemptions from Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal in contracts where the consumer has requested a special visit from the supplier to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance work. If, during such a visit, the supplier provides services beyond those specifically requested by the consumer or goods beyond the spare parts used during the maintenance or repair work, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or goods.
The sale of sealed sound recordings or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software that has been unsealed after delivery.
Safe Products - Warranty Terms
The products provided by the COMPANY are durable products that bear all necessary certifications for safe operation. The products are accompanied by written instructions for use (except for simple-to-use products) and a written warranty of good operation for a reasonable period, in Greek. The warranty form always includes the name and address of the guarantor, the product it applies to, the exact content, duration, scope of coverage, and the rights provided by applicable law. The device’s warranty is valid for the manufacturer’s specified period from the date of purchase and allows free repair of the issue, provided the following conditions are met:

2. The fixed identifiers of the device (Serial Number) have not been altered.
